"Between the Leaf and the Cloud" was my first film project. Started during the summer between my sophomore and junior year at Amherst, footage taken with my iPhone was combined with text from John Ruskin and Martin Heidegger, chronicling a poetic account of man's journey on the earth. The film was finished up for a project for an art seminar my junior year with Profs. Dave Gloman and Justin Kimball where we had to make something that we would bring with us off the earth as if we were leaving it for good.
